Our aim is to give students the space to think and critically appreciate their current strengths and areas for development, and to let them gain insight into their leadership skills and realise the management challenges they face. We help them develop and apply new decisive leadership methods to enable them to raise their game and inspire the people who work with them.

The EMBA [MBA Executive] programme recruits experienced practitioners who wish to accelerate their progress in career and directly apply the learning to enhance their own performance and that of their organisation. Students earn an EMBA degree in 17 months, roughly half the time it usually takes to complete a traditional part-time MBA program. Students will be encouraged for peer learning and they will have excellent opportunities to develop their network at TBC as well as that with the contacts in UK.
