Sharda University established as a private university in Greater Noida through the U.P. State Legislative Act in 2009 is the only multi-discipline campus spread over 63 Acres of land with vast infrastructure both in terms of physical as well as human resources. The vision of Sharda University is not to give lot of information to the students which they may never use in their life, but to help them in pursuing in their strength areas and identify and overcome their weaknesses. Placement Services

Placements:- Students enrolled with the programme are well equipped for employment. Employability-oriented programme prepares them for corporate career. All students enrolled in programme are eligible for Campus Recruitment Programme. Sharda University offers a full-fledged Training & Placement Department, Student's Placement is an integral part of the Corporate Resource Centre. The University provides placement support to all the students in carrying the career path in the corporate world.

Scholarships

Just logon to http://ssc.sgei.org. If you are a new user just sign up. Take the SSC test which will be conducted from 9th May, 2009 onwards. This exam would be of 45 minutes. It would be conducted every Sunday in entire June 09 and July 09, between 11 am to 8:00 pm After taking SSC test it is mandatory to fill the online application form to get admission in Sharda University The score of SSC test will be sent on your e-mail id. Scholarships worth Rs. 10,875,000 would be awarded to more than 160 students. A combined merit list for SSC tests would be made and announced in July 2009. The reward of scholarship will be based on Eligibility and Selection criteria and overall position in the merit list. If you perform well in the SSC test you may obtain a scholarship otherwise you still may be admitted to Sharda University. The online test SURE 2009 is completely optional if you have already undertaken SSC.
