Are you interested in applying for a scholarship to conduct your studies in China?

The Government of China, through the Ministry of Education of China (MOE), in collaboration with the OAS Department of Human Development and Education, is putting forth fractional grants to nationals of OAS part states to seek after studies in China, in any field of study accessible to worldwide understudies, beginning in September 2016. The China Scholarship Council (CSC) is in charge of the enlistment of global understudies and does the standard administration of Chinese Government Scholarship Programs.

In 2009 the OAS and the Government of China entered into partnership to offer 5 scholarship opportunities annually to citizens of the Americas under the OAS Partnerships Program for Education and Training (PAEC). This number has increased to 15 per year, and 70 students from the across the Hemisphere have benefitted from the Program to date. This generous move by the Government of China to offer a total of 27 scholarships in 2015 is the second largest number of scholarships to be offered through the OAS/China Program since the inception of the Program.

The grants, offered to nationals of the 34 OAS part states, spread enlistment, educational cost, books and study materials, settlement, subsistence, restorative protection and neighborhood transportation for the length of time of the grant period in China.
